What You’ll Do Perform digital printing tasks using large production-class printers. Operate advanced inserter machines for folding and preparing various materials into envelopes. Execute a wide range of mailroom functions in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. Verify print jobs meticulously against documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage the complete process of printing, inserting, and applying postage. Communicate job completion effectively within defined timeframes. Handle sensitive healthcare information with the utmost confidentiality and care. Maintain a balance of compassion, kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in all interactions. Must-Have Qualifications Verifiable High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency with MS Suite. Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods throughout an entire shift. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable working in a demanding, 24/7 operational environment. Demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service skills. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.55 to $18.55 an hour.
