Job Description
This position will be responsible for all aspects of production surrounding the printing and shipping of orders received from our online storefronts.This position will focus mostly on the packaging and shipping of orders.We sell custom/personalized designs across multiple formats including digital, paper and fabric.Prior print shop experience a plus, but not required.The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast paced environment and meeting daily deadlines.This self motivated individual will enjoy working independently with little supervision, as well as within a team.Must work onsite in our downtown Siloam Springs office.Primary Tasks:Fulfill customer orders, from printing to packaging to shipping Operate wide format printers; set up and manage print jobs Utilize large scale paper cutting tools Sort, package and ship orders Manage inventory Ensure that the highest quality end product is delivered to our customers Work closely with the Creative team to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of all print orders Prioritize workflow to ensure customer requests and business needs are being met Maintaining a clean work space Job Requirements:Any experience in printing is a plus Confident using a computer in a production environment, applicant be proficient in using a computer Ability to learn how to operate printing equipment Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.Ability to perform repetitive tasks High attention to detail Strong customer service skills Ability to problem solve with limited supervision Any experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop a plus Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time with constant motion Must have accurate vision and able to spot inconsistencies Must have good hand/eye coordination and finger dexterity Work Remotely No Job Type:Full-time Pay:$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Experience:Print Production:1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Siloam Springs, AR 72761 (Required) Work Location:In person.
