What You'll Do Operate and maintain the Canon ColorStream 3900z digital press Run Hunkeler Gen 8 pre- and post-processing systems Work with finishing equipment including: Standard Horizon BQ-470 Perfect Binder Standard Horizon HT-80 Trimmer Shrink-wrap and packaging systems Monitor production for consistency, accuracy, and quality Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with technical support as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company safety standards Required What We're Looking For Experience in print production or a similar field Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with complex equipment Preferred Experience with Canon CS3900z digital presses Familiarity with Hunkeler Gen 8 finishing lines Top Benefits Generous PTO + Paid Holidays Full paid week off between Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve Health insurance premiums approx. $5 per pay 401(k) with company match Dental, vision & disability plans at reduced rates HSA & FSA accounts Paid parental leave Employee referral program About Us Our client creates high-quality educational materials used nationwide.
