Printer Support

Duties: Deliver toner and supplies to devices. Load paper in devices. Walking throughout building(s). Driving to the off-site locations and performing similar tasks. Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary customer contact for equipment support and service Replace operator accessible printer parts and consumables Manage supply inventory from receipt to recycling. Physically move devices. Clean and maintain office equipment as needed Coordinate Move/Add/Change (MAC) process Provide on-going end user training on equipment Services Delivery:Basic device cleaning and replacement of operator accessible parts and consumables per equipment specifications.Break-fix activities account for 70% of role responsibilities. Provide IP address support Perform basic equipment problem diagnosis Point of contact for equipment removal and delivery for onsite support Work in multiple ticketing systems. Prioritize activities based on customer requiring support Point of contact for equipment support and service Work with IT Dept to resolve network issues Collect and submit meter reads Required Skills: Must have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Must have Basic PC/Internet skills Must have the ability to multitask. Must have vehicle in good working order and insurance.
