Job Description
A company is looking for a Privacy and AI Counsel. Key Responsibilities Support the privacy program and advise on privacy concerns related to products and AI technologies Participate in AI use case reviews and legal assessments for AI-powered products and services Draft and maintain AI governance documentation and ensure compliance with privacy laws Required Qualifications Law degree from a top-tier law school and membership in a state bar 3 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a law firm Experience with healthcare privacy laws and AI regulation Ability to manage projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Experience in a technology company or healthcare organization is preferred
