Client Manager/Private Client Associate UHNW Multi?Family Office (Las Vegas, NV | On?Site) Multi?Family Office & Investment Platform A growing multi?family office and investment platform in Summerlin South is hiring a Client Manager/ Private Client Associate UHNW to serve as the primary relationship lead for a select group of ultra?high?net?worth families. This role owns the wealth plan, orchestrates investments/tax/estate/trust deliverables, and ensures a white?glove client experience across all touchpoints. This is a high?visibility seat with meaningful impact, a collaborative culture, and a leadership team committed to excellence. The role is fully on?site with standard hours of approximately 8am7pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and travel. What Youll Do Serve as the single?threaded relationship owner for UHNW families Maintain and execute the familys wealth plan, IPS, asset allocation, liquidity, and risk strategy Coordinate across investments, tax, estate, trust, legal, and operations teams Lead quarterly family meetings, deliver consolidated reporting, and track action items Manage capital calls, private deals, K?1s, and multi?entity structures Ensure documentation completeness, compliance, and timely follow?through Identify value?add opportunities across philanthropy, credit, insurance, and co?investments Provide leadership to associates/analysts as the team grows What You Bring 37 years of experience in a family office, UHNW RIA, private bank, or trust/estate environment Strong understanding of wealth planning, tax/estate coordination, trust mechanics, and liquidity planning Experience working with UHNW or complex multi?entity clients High EQ, exceptional organization, and the ability to simpli
