The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transactions from start to finish, including deal sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio value creation. The Vice President will be expected to build and review complex financial models, lead due diligence workstreams, drive deal execution, and partner with portfolio company leadership on strategic and operational initiatives. Applicants for the Private Equity Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 6-8+ years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking.
