Private Property Manager

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Private Property Manager to oversee a single large residential property.The Property Manager is charged with the day-to-day implementation and execution of procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well maintained property.This role places maximum emphasis on positive responses to the concerns and needs of the homeowners, environmental health and safety of the property, and managing these functions within the established budget.This role will primarily take care of the exterior of the family property.There is a main house, pool, and pool house as well as a large barn to work out of.This person will maintain all lawn, gardens, pools, pond, hvac & generator.Plantings in the spring, maintaining beds and yard, winterize outside in the fall.A jack of all trades that can complete small construction & work on equipment.The schedule will be heavy in the summer & light in the winter.Responsibilities Ensure focus on curb appeal for all aspects of property Care and maintenance of the turf, ornamental plants, shrubs, trees and wetlands on the facility grounds Planting of new vegetation, the replacement, spraying, pruning and trimming of trees and shrubs, the preparation of soil plant beds for aesthetically pleasing arrangements and tending to high stress areas.Proper and safe operation and maintenance of mechanical and power equipment Supervise or participate in the application and recording of chemical applications (fertilizers and pesticides) in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.Maintain or supervise maintenance and repair of all equipment and vehicles Maintain or supervise maintenance and repair of all pool equipment Pay:$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits:Health insurance Work Location:In person.
