Private Vehicle Driver — Echelon Driver Network

Echelon is a private vehicle management service based in the Boston area serving high net worth clients who expect their vehicles handled with discretion, professionalism, and care. We are selectively building our driver network ahead of our client launch. This is an independent contractor opportunity — not a full time position. Work is per job and fits around your existing schedule. What you’ll do Pickup and delivery of luxury and high end vehicles FBO and estate staging — having vehicles fueled, cleaned, and ready before client arrival Designated driver and chauffeur services Vehicle condition checks and photo documentation at pickup and drop-off Light interior staging and cleaning prior to client handoff Event vehicle coordination for private dinners, galas, and estate events Who we’re looking for: Transport Driver — Tier 1: Professional appearance and conduct at all times Valid license and clean driving record Experience with Uber Black, Lyft Lux, or luxury transportation preferred Comfortable behind the wheel of high end vehicles Reliable, responsive, and discreet Vehicle Management Specialist — Tier 2: Everything above plus Detailing knowledge and experience handling sensitive paint and interiors Valet experience with exotic or luxury vehicles Basic mechanical awareness — ability to notice and report vehicle issues Experience working directly with high net worth clients What you can expect: Per job flat rate compensation — paid within 48 hours of completed job Flexible scheduling — work when it fits you Performance bonuses for consistency and excellence A small, professional network where your reputation matters Requirements: Valid Massachusetts driver’s license Clean motor vehicle record Background check required as condition of onboarding Personal auto insurance Professional appearance — business casual minimum This is an independent contractor engagement.
