We are seeking a team-oriented, relationship-focused Private Wealth Associate Advisor who takes pride in delivering best-in-class advice. This role is designed for individuals who may be new to the financial planning industry, but who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. As an Apprentice Advisor, you will work closely with experienced advisors and gain hands-on experience in providing comprehensive financial planning services to our clients. What you can expect… You will be a core contributor in delivering a world-class planning experience by: Responsibilities Learning and Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to gain a deep understanding of financial planning principles and practices. Shadow experienced advisors during client meetings to observe and learn effective communication and advisory techniques. Client Support: Assist Private Wealth Advisors in preparing for client meetings by gathering necessary information and documentation. Help with the creation of financial plans, reports, and recommendations under the supervision of Private Wealth Advisors and Private Wealth Service Advisors. Assist Private Wealth Advisors in sending follow ups after client meetings through emails, phone calls, and/or virtual or in-person meetings. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment options, market trends, and financial products to support client recommendations. Analyze client portfolios and provide insights to Private Wealth Advisors for optimizing investment strategies. Administrative Tasks: Manage client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Let’s talk about you… We’re looking for a professional who brings both technical excellence and genuine care: Bachelor’s Degree required Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) designation strongly preferred. Progress towards obtaining the certification is still a plus.
