How You Will Make a Difference Provide IOP, PHP group, and family sessions using CBT/DBT/trauma-informed approaches. Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes. Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate. Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience. Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving. Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams. Handle IOP and PHP groups. What We're Looking For Bachelors or Master's degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT). Experience with SUD, co-occurring, or severe mental illness preferred. Strong group therapy etiquette and documentation skills.
