Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSynergy Care is looking for a PRN PT/Physical Therapist for Home Health at $65.00 per visit in Shreveport, LA. In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist. You must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as a Physical Therapist.
