Wickers, Wickers & Admans LLP, a New York-based criminal defense and regulatory firm, seeks a Probate Paralegal to support complex matters intersecting estate and criminal issues. The paralegal will prepare and file probate and administration petitions, manage Surrogate’s Court filings, organize estate records, track deadlines, and coordinate with courts, clients, and agencies. Working closely with trial-focused attorneys, you’ll assist with research, drafting, and hearing preparation.
