Job#: 3032275 Job Description: Client: Financial Services Team: TBA Job Title: Procedure Writer 3 Location: Charlotte, NC Zone 2 (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Contract Length: 33 weeks (through end of year) Pay Rate: $41 - $43 Top Requirements 4+ years of Procedure Writing experience (or equivalent via work, consulting, military, or education) Proficiency with Microsoft Word Prior experience writing procedures and training content Ability to review, reconcile, and update job aids and training materials to align with style guides Strong understanding of policies, procedures, compliance requirements Plusses Co‑pilot experience Experience with lockbox processes Experience supporting content management strategies Familiarity with reconciling Desktop Procedures, Control Procedures, and reference materials Job Summary In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Procedure Writing and contribute to large‑scale planning related to Procedure Writing deliverables. You will review and analyze moderately complex Procedure Writing challenges requiring in‑depth evaluation of variable factors. You will contribute to resolving moderately complex issues and collaborate with others to meet Procedure Writing deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role includes close collaboration with client personnel in Procedure Writing. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Review and reconcile existing job aids and training materials with the approved style guide, updating content for consistency and standards alignment Establish and maintain traceability between Desktop Procedures, Control Procedures, and supporting reference materials Perform additional related activities to support the implementation of the Lockbox Training & Procedures team’s content management strategy Analyze moderately complex Procedure Writing challenges and contribute to issue resolution Collaborate with client personnel to ensure deliverables meet procedural and compliance expectations Support documentation updates, formatting, and content alignment across multiple sources EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
