What You Will Do: As the Senior Manufacturing Process Automation Engineer, you will drive automation transformation across our aerospace electronics manufacturing operations. You will lead the complete lifecycle of automation projects, from identifying and characterizing automation opportunities through final production handoff. This role combines strategic assessment and business case development with hands-on project execution, working collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to define requirements, develop project plans aligned with business objectives, and manage system validation and implementation. You will serve as both technical leader and project manager, ensuring automation solutions are successfully qualified to aerospace standards, fully documented, and seamlessly transferred to production teams with appropriate training and support for sustained operational performance.
