Process Engineer – Heavy Manufacturing Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually (based on experience) Location: Marietta, OH (Parkersburg, WV area) Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Industry: Manufacturing / Process Engineering Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (on‑call rotation required) Work Arrangement: Onsite only – this position is not remote Opportunity Overview Manpower is partnering with a high‑performance industrial manufacturing facility to identify a skilled and motivated Process Engineer . This role plays a critical part in supporting production stability, safety, product quality, and continuous improvement across metallurgical processes. What You’ll Do Technical Leadership & Daily Operations Provide day‑to‑day technical oversight for assigned production units. Ensure all activities comply with high carbon ferromanganese safety and operating standards. Collaborate closely with senior technical staff to implement process improvements and production plans. Process & Metallurgical Control Monitor metallurgical performance and production costs, investigating variances and leading corrective actions. Support the development of operational budgets and production forecasts. Create, maintain, and annually update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and operational standards.
