We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative individual to support process improvement initiatives within the Human Resources function, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of HR, operations, and emerging technologies, and offers hands-on experience improving HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and data management. Position will be based out of South San Francisco, CA office. Responsibilities: Assist in mapping and documenting current HR processes (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle). Identify inefficiencies, manual tasks, and opportunities for automation. Research and evaluate AI tools to enhance HR processes (e.g., resume screening, chatbots, document automation). Assist in building simple AI-enabled solutions (e.g., templates, prompts, automated workflows). Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop user guides for new AI-enabled tools and workflows. Gather feedback from stakeholders and suggest improvements.
