Job Description Summary As an Process Specialist , you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines/equipment used in the production of medical devices. Your primary role will be to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the equipment to meet production targets and maintain product quality. Participates in all team meetings, activities, team building initiatives, and operational excellence activities. Schedule: Afternoon shift (2nd shift) 2:45 PM-1:00 AM Monday-Thursday RESPONSIBILITIES Certify to operate multiple processes or grouping of equipment on high speed automated or semiautomated manufacturing equipment. Participate in all equipment changeovers or set-ups. Monitor assigned processes to ensure high quality production. Respond to machine faults and restore to normal operation Participate in autonomous maintenance to maintain assigned equipment/area Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality is required per the BD attendance policy Maintain equipment and a clean area by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment.
