SUMMARY : The Processing Assistant is responsible for reviewing, organizing, and submitting all working capital submissions for new and renewal business files and is responsible for submitting documents for review for lenders, organizing documents for proper submission protocols to our lenders, and assisting in educating Account Managers or Account Executives on continuous lending updates. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, Analyze, Organize, and submit all new and renewal business working capital files appropriately and accurately Showcase product knowledge on all our lender partnerships and lending parameters Assist in educating Probably team members on any lending updates Follow up on all open submissions via email and by phone, for all approvals and declines. Provide updates, feedback, and advice to AM and AEs. Monitor and showcase accurate deal flow processes to achieve results. Utilize and maintain data systems, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Excel, Outlook Assist and provide insight to the Operations Manager with smaller projects for company growth and development ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Have strong understanding of our systems, credit, loan documents, lending relationships and lending parameters Excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask Demonstrates professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers, and management Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance Adheres to all Company Core Values, Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations Adheres to local, state, and federal laws Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Excellent interpersonal skills Highly self-motivated individual showcasing strong work ethic Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office- Outlook Working knowledge of CRM system preferred, specifically Salesforce COMPETENCIES: Versatility Communication Decision Making Initiative Organization Professionalism Results Orientated PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
