As a Processing Lead , you'll manage the behind-the-scenes operations that ensure plasma is processed, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently. From sample handling to inventory control, your work supports the production of plasma-derived therapies that help patients around the world. What you'll do Process plasma and samples in accordance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards. Perform centrifugation, labeling, inspection, and aseptic sealing of plasma units. Ensure timely placement of samples into freezers and monitor equipment temperatures. Troubleshoot equipment issues; perform calibrations and verify maintenance. Manage freezer inventory and optimize storage for efficiency. Control disposition of unsuitable products with proper documentation.
