Job Title: Procurement Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to support purchasing and sourcing operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze procurement data, monitor supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support strategic sourcing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and vendor management. Key Responsibilities Analyze purchasing data, supplier performance, and procurement trends. Support sourcing, vendor selection, and contract management processes. Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and cost analysis for management. Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activities to ensure operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. Collaborate with suppliers, finance, operations, and supply chain teams. Assist in maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation. Support purchase order management and supplier communications. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Conduct market research and pricing analysis to support purchasing decisions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred. Familiarity with procurement and vendor management processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract analysis. APICS, CPSM, or procurement-related certifications are a plus.
