Procurement Analyst

Job Title: Procurement Analyst Location: Denver, CO Our dept works a hybrid schedule, Mon/Fri remote, Tue-Thur in office. Duties: Manage contract requests for various Facilities and Professional Services categories Review contract intake forms to validate required data fields Communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify requested services Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers on escalating issues and other customer service needs Consolidate information (site level facility details, vendor quotes, contract terms) to support RFPs and pricing analysis Other duties as assigned Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The position requires interaction with teammates in various departments and with supplier partners. Computer skills in Excel and data entry Able to work independently to balance multiple tasks
