Job Description
As a Procurement Category Lead at CSL Behring, you will own strategic sourcing for key pharmaceutical categories within the Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics organization. You will develop category strategies, lead complex supplier negotiations, manage risk, and drive cost, quality, and service improvements across a global network. Partner closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure compliant supply of materials for biologics and rare disease therapies. In CSL’s collaborative, patient-focused culture, you will mentor colleagues, leverage data-driven insights, and continuously enhance procurement processes to support innovation and sustainable growth.
