Procurement Specialist – Logistics (Hybrid | Contract) $30–$34/hour (approx. $60K–$70K) | 7-Month Contract We’re hiring two Procurement Specialists to support day-to-day purchasing across multiple logistics and distribution sites. This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role working closely with warehouse teams to keep materials, supplies, and services moving. What You’ll Do Obtain and compare vendor quotes (RFQs) Create and manage purchase orders (POs) Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery Support site purchasing needs (supplies, services, basic equipment) Track orders, resolve issues, and maintain records in an ERP system (SAP or similar) Partner with warehouse teams across multiple locations to support daily operations Requirements 5+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain Experience creating purchase orders and managing vendor relationships Comfortable obtaining and evaluating quotes (RFQs) Strong organization and ability to manage multiple requests Experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operations environment ERP experience (SAP preferred) Experience working with approved vendor/supplier lists Details Hybrid role aligned to local warehouse/distribution sites 7-month contract assignment Fast-paced, operations-driven environment
