Produce Associate

Paul's Fruit Market Inc.has been a Louisville tradition since 1945.We are a family-owned and operated retail grocery store specializing in the finest produce, deli, and gourmet selections available.We have built our business on Customer Service.We are currently hiring Produce Associates at our St.Matthews Location.We have a Part-Time position available.Must be available to work till 7 pm and some weekends are required.Responsibilities for Produce Clerk Replenish stock and goods on display shelves Rotate products and goods according to the company's instructions Greet customers with a warm smile as they enter the store Help customers navigate their way through the store Create a positive and friendly environment for customers Assist with the customer orders by retrieving items from the relevant sections Remove expired products from the display Ensure shelves are clean and neat Qualifications for Produce Clerk Experience in safe food handling in a grocery store preferred Basic knowledge of produce and grocery items Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness Helpful and enthusiastic Excellent customer service and mannerism Friendly and approachable Flexible to work day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as required Able to stand and walk around for long periods at a time Able to move, lift and carry a minimum of 40lbs Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $15.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift:Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Application Question(s):Can you work until 7 pm and weekends?
