Location:Fairfax Working hours This position is full time, mixed shifts, with one weekend day required.Wage Range for New Hires $19 - $21/hr Pay Grade for the Position After Hire $19 - $26/hr Employment Type:Full-time Description Good Earth Fairfax is seeking Full Time PM Produce Clerk.Work in our 100% Certified Organic Produce department! Working with organic produce is a very rewarding experience, as you handle beautiful, fresh product, learn about the farms, inform customers, learn about whole food nutrition, and build beautiful, colorful displays.Must be fluent in English.This position is 31-35 hrs/week.The schedule for the position is:Tuesday 11:00 AM-7:30 PM Thursday 1:00 PM- 9:30 PM Friday 1:00 PM- 9:30 PM Saturday 1:00 PM-9:30 PM Candidates for this position must be available to work both AM and PM shifts while training.Responsibilities Provide generous, friendly and informative customer service Stocking & maintaining full displays Organizing produce walk-in fridge Prepping product Qualifications Previous high volume customer service experience, including Produce experience Basic knowledge of produce:identification, nutrition, cooking, etc.Must be in good condition and be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, stand on concrete all day, regular reaching Basic knife experience and skills Benefits For our Full-Time Employees, we offer:Profit Share Bonuses Medical, dental and vision plans Paid Vacation and Sick Time 30% storewide discount, 50% discount on made to order Takeout food and drink 401k benefit with employer match.
