Produce Clerk

Duties - Stocking and replenishing produce shelves and displays- Ensuring that all produce is properly labeled and priced- Assisting customers in selecting and bagging fresh produce- Providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about the produce- Operating cash registers and processing customer payments- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the produce department- Rotating stock to ensure freshness- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of produce Experience - Previous experience in a warehouse or retail sales environment preferred- Ability to load and unload heavy boxes of produce- Knowledge of how to properly handle, package, and store different types of produce- Familiarity with using RF scanners for inventory management- Strong sales skills to promote and sell produce items to customers- Proficient in operating cash registers and providing accurate change to customers- Excellent customer service skills to assist customers with their inquiries and needs If you have a passion for fresh produce, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have the necessary skills, we would love to have you join our team as a Produce Clerk.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
