About the Position: Are you known for your attention to detail and multitasking? Ready to take charge behind the scenes and keep our store moving at full speed? As the Produce & Floral Specialist , you will be the store’s point person for produce, floral & gift center department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity. You will own produce, floral & gift center inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events. What You'll Do: Ensure all produce, floral & gift center products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating. </
