About the Role We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven Producing Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the LAX market. This is a unique builder opportunity: you will not only drive your own personal sales but also have the autonomy to recruit, train, and build your own high-performing sales team from the ground up. Working closely with and reporting directly to the Market Manager, you will act as the CEO of your own territory while aligning with broader regional goals. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will receive a reliable weekly stipend while earning aggressive commissions on your own deals and lucrative overrides on every sale your team closes. What You'll Do Lead by Example (Produce): Actively prospect, pitch, and close new business. Hit personal production targets (Target: 5 closed sales per week). Build Your Empire: Recruit, interview, and onboard independent sales representatives to build a robust local team. Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Market Manager to develop localized strategies, report on team metrics, and align your territory's growth with company-wide targets. Train & Develop: Run team meetings, provide hands-on training, and ride along with your reps to help them close deals and maximize their earning potential. Market Strategy: Own the LAX territory. Develop localized strategies to generate leads, build partnerships, and dominate the market. Manage Performance: Track team metrics, provide coaching, and foster a high-energy, high-closing culture. What We're Looking For Proven Closer: You have a strong track record of B2B or B2C sales success and aren't afraid to pick up the phone or hit the pavement. Leadership Experience: Previous experience managing, training, or mentoring sales representatives. Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in an autonomous environment where your income is directly tied to your hustle and leadership. Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Los Angeles/LAX market. Highly Motivated: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged to get out of bed and get to work. Compensation & Perks This opportunity offers a $1,000 weekly stipend to support you as you build and develop your team, along with $200 in commission for every personal sale you make. In addition to your own sales earnings, you'll have the opportunity to earn team override commissions based on your team's production, with a target of generating approximately $2,000 per month in passive override income. With uncapped earning potential, the total target on-track earnings for this role exceed $130,000 annually.
