Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Product Data & Web Content Specialist to support and manage our growing eCommerce platform.This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data, optimizing online content, and ensuring a seamless digital customer experience.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proficient in Excel, and has a strong ability to interpret, manipulate, and manage large datasets under tight deadlines.Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage product data across our eCommerce platform and ERP systems Perform large-scale data imports, updates, and audits using Excel and other tools Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for online display Create and update web content including product descriptions, categories, and attributes Standardize and structure product data (naming conventions, specifications, categories, etc.) Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, purchasing, IT) to support product launches and updates Support ongoing improvements to product data processes and workflows Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications 4years of experience in product data management, eCommerce, or a related field Advanced Excel skills required (formulas, lookups, data cleaning, large dataset handling) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with ERP systems, PIM tools, or eCommerce platforms is a plus Preferred (Not Required) Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related distribution industries Familiarity with product taxonomy, attributes, and technical specifications Experience with NetSuite, SuiteCommerce, or similar ERP platforms Basic understanding of SEO for product content Join us as a Product Data & Web Content Specialist and contribute to delivering accurate information that supports our customers' success!
