**Job Title: Lead Energy Apparel Integration, Global Jordan Location: Portland, OR (Hybrid Schedule) Duration: 5 Months Contract (Potential Opportunity for Full-Time Conversion)** Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Lead Energy Apparel Integration professional to support the Global Jordan Apparel team. This role will focus on driving operational excellence, improving business integration processes, and supporting the Jordan Energy Product Creation and CODE processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in product operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within the apparel or consumer products industry. Key Responsibilities Drive key moments within the Jordan Energy Product Creation and CODE processes to ensure consistency and execution excellence. Partner with Product, Design, Merchandising, Development, Planning, and Insights teams across Global and Geo organizations. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, and operational efficiencies. Support operational excellence across Apparel Product Management and Product Creation functions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective business planning and execution. Maintain and manage product calendars and operational timelines. Execute and distribute reporting dashboards and business updates through communication portals. Develop and maintain training materials, procedural documentation, and system guidelines. Build detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and quality measures. Train teams to interpret and leverage business analytics for actionable decision-making. Ensure alignment with broader Sport Offense and Business Integration initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, Strategy, or Business Integration. Strong understanding of product creation processes within apparel, footwear, or consumer product industries. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex operational challenges. Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple productivity tools. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro. Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving business environments. Passion for sport, product creation, and operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting Client business operations. Familiarity with Client CODE processes. Apparel industry and product creation experience strongly preferred. You will also partner across the Sport Offense organization to align on operational processes and support the needs of the Jordan consumer.
