We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Provide design guidance for an AI transformation team, addressing user needs and aligning with the KBB Design System. Ensure high-quality user experiences are delivered. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and user flows. Present design work to stakeholders and collaborate with development teams for accurate implementation. Contribute to design systems, style guides, and UX standards for consistency. Stay current with industry trends in AI, UX, and product design. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related field (HCI, Graphic Design, etc.) with 2+ years of UX/UI/Product Design experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX solutions and problem-solving. Experience with end-to-end product design, including research, ideation, prototyping, and post-release validation. Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and working with design systems. Experience using AI-powered tools in the design workflow. Proven ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers in an agile environment. Experience creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
