Why Join Us Role Responsibilities Conduct research and find gaps in the market, wherein the product could fit Understand the consumer needs and analyse the psyche of the users Develop designs and prototypes using the product designer work tools Find the right materials and techniques that not only produce high-quality products, but at a lower cost Perform testing on product prototypes and further improve them based on the usability tests Collaborate with the rest of the team including the senior product designer to gain insights and a different perspective Learn, research, and stay on top of innovation and design trends on a global scale Qualitications Required Bachelor's degree in product design, industrial design, or a related field Prior experience as a product designer or in a similar role Solid knowledge of principles of design with a proper understanding of colour theory Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other similar tools Ability to think outside the box, while working on tight deadlines Preferred Certification in product design Proficiency in user interface design and web technologies Keen understanding of graphic design and user experience principles Experience working in design and development Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
