About The Role A1Apps is looking for a Product Head to lead product thinking, prioritisation, and execution across key product initiatives. This role is meant for someone who can combine strong product judgment with operating depth — someone who can define what matters, bring clarity to teams, and ensure product work translates into meaningful business and user outcomes. You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, growth, and leadership to shape roadmap decisions, improve product quality, and drive stronger execution across the company’s product portfolio. What You Will Do Own and drive the product roadmap across major business and user priorities. Translate company goals and user problems into clear product strategies, requirements, and execution plans. Lead product discovery, prioritisation, and decision-making across multiple workstreams. Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure strong product execution. Improve the quality of product thinking, planning, documentation, and launch readiness across teams. Define success metrics for key initiatives and ensure products are evaluated with clear performance signals. Use data, user understanding, experimentation, and judgment to make better product decisions. Drive clarity on trade-offs between user value, business impact, speed, and complexity. Build strong operating rhythms for roadmap reviews, planning, launch reviews, and post-launch learning. Coach and raise the bar for product talent, ownership, and cross-functional alignment. What We Are Looking For Strong product leadership experience in a fast-moving product environment. Track record of owning products or product areas end to end. Ability to move between strategy and execution without losing depth in either. Strong judgment on prioritisation, problem-solving, and product quality. Comfort working with ambiguity and turning broad goals into concrete plans. Strong understanding of metrics, experimentation, and outcome measurement. Ability to work effectively with engineering, design, growth, analytics, and leadership teams. High ownership, strong communication, and structured thinking. Teams have stronger clarity on what is being built, why it matters, and how success will be measured. Product launches and improvements happen with better structure and follow-through.
