Cloud Security Web / EchoPad.ai is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager Associate Intern to join our team in Phoenix for the summer. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who are interested in Product Management, AI, SaaS, Healthcare Technology, and Startup Execution . The selected intern will work closely with leadership, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams to support product planning, documentation, user research, feature development, and go-to-market activities. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and scaling real-world AI-driven products. As a Product Manager Associate Intern, you will: Assist in creating product requirement documents, user stories, and feature specifications. Work with leadership and engineering teams to understand product priorities and development timelines. Support roadmap planning, sprint discussions, and release tracking. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery. Gather and organize feedback from customers, users, and internal stakeholders. Help define product workflows, user journeys, and onboarding experiences. Assist in preparing product demos, presentations, and status updates. Support QA, testing coordination, and validation of new product features. Work with sales and marketing teams to align product features with customer needs. Help document product processes, FAQs, training materials, and internal guides. Track product issues, enhancements, and follow-ups with the development team. Required Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Strong interest in product management, technology, AI, SaaS, or healthcare technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong documentation, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn. A basic understanding of the software development lifecycle is preferred. Preferred Skills Exposure to tools such as GitHub Projects, SharePoint, and the Microsoft stack. Basic understanding of product roadmaps, user stories, wireframes, and agile development. Interest in AI agents, healthcare workflows, SaaS platforms, data products, or automation. Ability to convert business requirements into clear product documentation. Prior internship, academic project, startup, or product-related experience is a plus.
