As a Product Manager at Splunk, you will drive the roadmap for Splunk Cloud for the US Public Sector, including high compliance offerings such as FedRAMP and IL5, while shaping our international expansion strategy.You will engage with senior sales leaders and directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and trade-offs that improve product impact and growth.Key Responsibilities:o Build, refine, and communicate the vision and roadmap for Splunk Cloud's high compliance offerings in the US Public Sector, including FedRAMP and IL5.o Act as the primary point of contact for public sector product offerings, collaborating closely with US Federal and state agency customers as well as senior sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions o Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand struggles, and translate insights into product priorities o Contribute to Splunk's international expansion strategy, collaborating with regional sales leaders to assess and prioritize new market opportunities o Leverage critical thinking and data analysis to prioritize new features and enhancements, balancing customer needs with business impact and operational feasibility.o Partner with multiple engineering teams across Splunk to complete roadmap priorities, driving initiatives from concept to launch.o Maintain a customer-centric approach while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements:What you'll need to succeed.o 3years of proven experience in product management, product strategy or technical program management o Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, sales leaders, and technical teams.o Experience working on B2B SaaS products or platforms, ideally serving enterprise or regulated industries.o Strong critical thinking skills, with a consistent record of making data-driven decisions and trade-offs.o Ability to synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities into a cohesive product vision and actionable roadmap.o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.o Operate with a sense of urgency, balancing thoughtful planning with a bias towards shipping impactful features.o Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment.o BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.MBA is a plus o FedRAMP High / IL5 eligible employees must be US citizens Preferred Qualifications:o Prior experience working with US Public Sector customers or high compliance/regulatory products (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5) is a plus.o Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers, especially in sophisticated or highly regulated environments.o Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS business models.o Knowledge of international compliance and market expansion strategies is beneficial but not required.Why Cisco?
