Product Manager (Co-Founder) Compensation note This is an equity-only, part-time co-founder role (15–20 hours/week). You'll join as a founding team member with meaningful ownership. Salary will be revisited as the company raises or reaches revenue milestones. Location This is a fully remote role. About CloudDuty The home and professional services market is massive but still broken. Platforms like Thumbtack and Angi have shown demand, but adoption among service professionals and homeowners remains frustratingly low. CloudDuty is building the app (called 66 Services ) that people will actually want to use. Over the last six months, we've developed an MVP. Now we’re ready to accelerate with mobile apps, expanded features, and a growing user base. The Role As Co-Founder & Product Manager, you’ll shape what we build and how it feels to users. This is not just about managing a backlog, you’ll define the product experience from end to end. You’ll work closely with the founder and development team to ensure we’re building the right features, delivering smooth user experience, and continuously improving based on real user feedback. What You’ll Do Own the product roadmap and prioritize what gets built next Define features from a user perspective: what problem we’re solving and why it matters Focus heavily on user experience (UI/UX) to make the app simple, intuitive, and enjoyable Gather and interpret user feedback to guide product decisions Ensure product quality through testing, iteration, and continuous improvement. Since we are a small team right now, you will help us test new features . Work with developers to clarify requirements and ensure features meet expectations Help plan and guide the launch of mobile apps (iOS & Android) from a product standpoint Create lightweight processes for testing new features before and after release Collaborate on business strategy, growth ideas, and go-to-market direction What We’re Looking For Experience building or managing digital products (startup experience is a plus) Experience with mobile apps and publishing it to App Store/Google Play Strong sense of what makes a product easy and enjoyable to use Ability to think from the customer’s perspective and advocate for them Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment Experience with user testing, feedback loops, or product iteration cycles Clear communicator who can align ideas across technical and non-technical team members Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership and move things forward Why Join?
