Product Manager Patient Experience

A company is looking for a Product Manager, Patient Experience. Key Responsibilities Drive innovation and product strategy, create and maintain product roadmaps, and define requirements for the digital patient sample collection experience Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new platform and feature launches Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities and analyze relevant data to drive decision-making Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in consumer digital product management, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or biotech Proven ability to work and influence cross-functional teams and build rapport with key stakeholders Experience working in an agile development environment; scrum experience is a plus Flexible and agile, with a willingness to tackle various challenges Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
