Product Manager / Product Owner Experience: 10 to 15 yrs Exp Location: US (Remote) Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager / Product Owner to drive product vision, roadmap, and execution. This role requires strong techno-functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage AI/GenAI tools to enhance product discovery, decision-making, and delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog Lead requirement discovery with business and technical stakeholders Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications Act as a bridge between business, design, and engineering teams Drive end-to-end product lifecycle (discovery → design → delivery → release) Prioritize features based on value, impact, and feasibility Collaborate with engineering to design scalable solutions Leverage AI/GenAI tools to accelerate: Requirement documentation UI ideation and prototyping Solution exploration and validation Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Solution Consultant Strong techno-functional expertise across enterprise systems and platforms Proven ability to convert business requirements into detailed specifications Hands-on experience using GenAI and modern tooling for productivity and solution design Familiarity with tools such as Cursor and Claude for: UI creation / prototyping support Requirement and spec drafting Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities Good-to-Have Experience working with data-driven or platform-based products Exposure to modern tech stacks (cloud, APIs, data platforms) Experience working in remote or distributed teams CSPO / SAFe POPM or similar certifications What Makes This Role Unique High ownership and strategic influence on solution design Opportunity to actively apply GenAI in real-world delivery Blend of business consulting and hands-on solutioning
