Enterprise workflows are often fragmented across multiple systems, leading to inefficiencies, lack of visibility, and operational delays. Role Overview ReportsVault is looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead enterprise product initiatives while working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who can combine product thinking with strong execution and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will play a key role in understanding client workflows, identifying operational challenges, gathering product requirements, and driving platform improvements that align with both customer needs and the long-term product vision. The role involves regular interaction with enterprise clients to understand business processes, manage implementations, discuss enhancements, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. At the same time, the candidate will work internally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape feature development, prioritize initiatives, coordinate execution, and contribute to overall product growth. This is a highly ownership-driven role requiring strong communication, structured thinking, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage multiple product discussions and initiatives simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Own and manage enterprise product initiatives from requirement gathering through execution and delivery Work directly with enterprise clients to understand workflows, operational requirements, pain points, and business objectives Translate business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional documentation Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams to drive feature development and platform enhancements Coordinate product discussions, implementation planning, testing, issue resolution, and rollout activities across multiple stakeholders Contribute to product roadmap planning by identifying opportunities to improve usability, operational efficiency, and platform scalability Drive successful platform adoption by aligning product capabilities with client operational processes and long-term goals Prioritize initiatives by balancing customer requirements, business impact, technical feasibility, and product strategy Monitor ongoing implementations and product performance to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement Act as a key bridge between enterprise clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle Preferred Background 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise SaaS, Product Operations, Client-Facing Technology Roles, or Implementation Management Strong understanding of product workflows, requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and execution coordination Experience working closely with engineering and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product environment Ability to manage enterprise client discussions, product implementations, and multiple ongoing initiatives simultaneously Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to take ownership, drive execution independently, and operate in a highly collaborative environment Experience with workflow platforms, legal tech, operational systems, or B2B SaaS products is preferred Engagement Structure This position offers flexibility in engagement and may be structured as a full-time or contract-based role, depending on experience, availability, and mutual alignment.
