**Job Title: Product Manager – Retail Product Lines 1 Location: Beaverton, OR – Fully Onsite (Monday–Friday) Duration: 3+ Months** Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support retail product lines within the apparel and outdoor product space. Key Responsibilities Support Seasonal Line Planning Partner with Product Line Managers to build and maintain seasonal apparel product lines. Track style counts, pricing ladders, margin targets, and category architecture. Help ensure product assortments align with consumer insights, marketplace trends, and brand direction. Drive Product Creation Milestones Maintain accurate product information within PLM systems, including style setup, BOMs, pricing, and product attributes. Support key product creation milestones including concept reviews, design handoff, prototype reviews, line adoption, and final confirmations. Coordinate with Design, Development, Merchandising, and Materials teams to keep projects on schedule. Consumer & Marketplace Insights Analyze retail trends, athlete feedback, competitor products, and consumer behavior. Support product storytelling and consumer-first decision-making through research and insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Design teams to ensure product briefs are clear and aligned with strategy. Partner with Development teams on prototypes, fit reviews, costing, and materials tracking. Support Merchandising and Sales teams with product knowledge and go-to-market tools. Product Data & Business Readiness Maintain accurate product data across systems and tools. Assist with pricing strategy, margin analysis, and SKU optimization. Prepare materials for assortment reviews, line presentations, and leadership meetings. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in product creation, merchandising, product management, or related fields. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or PLM systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for apparel product creation and consumer-focused innovation. Preferred Qualifications Experience within apparel, sportswear, outdoor, or consumer goods industries. Understanding of athlete needs, sport culture, and product storytelling. Experience working with competitive or leading consumer brands preferred. Curiosity around apparel construction, materials, and performance innovation.
