**Job Title: Product Manager – Retail Product Lines 3 (Women’s Training Apparel) Location: Beaverton, OR (WHQ – Onsite/Hybrid 4:1 Schedule) Duration: 8+ Months Interview Process: 2 Rounds Work Authorization: Open to eligible candidates authorized to work in the U.S.** About The Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the Women’s Training Apparel creation team in a high-visibility role focused on sports bras and women’s performance apparel. This position will help manage a portfolio of training products for elite-to-everyday athletes and partner closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, design, technical design, and sports marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about product excellence, highly collaborative, consumer-focused, and experienced in apparel product management within a fast-paced retail or performance environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the product creation process for Women’s Training Apparel Lead product and design reviews while partnering cross-functionally with merchandising, design, and technical design teams Help define and drive product strategy that supports athlete performance and retail energy Create compelling visual tools and presentations using Excel and Keynote Partner with sports marketing teams, athletes, and consumers to gather insights and support product approvals Manage timelines, seasonal calendars, and key deliverables across multiple stakeholders Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to influence product decisions Support storytelling and product positioning throughout the product creation lifecycle Collaborate effectively within a triad team environment and contribute to a “one team” culture Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered) Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Product Management or related product creation roles Strong experience in apparel product management Understanding of retail math and business performance metrics Proficiency with Excel and Keynote Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, timelines, and multiple priorities Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Preferred Qualifications Experience working with sports bras and/or women’s apparel Background in performance apparel product management Experience in apparel innovation initiatives Strong understanding of women’s consumer needs and market trends Prior experience working within Clients environments preferred Desired Soft Skills Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments Strong collaborator and team player Positive attitude with a growth mindset Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to navigate ambiguity and establish clear direction for teams What Makes This Role Exciting Opportunity to support a high-profile Women’s Training Apparel portfolio Exposure to strategic product creation and innovation initiatives Work closely with elite athlete-driven product development Collaborate with industry-leading design and merchandising teams Gain visibility across multiple cross-functional business units
