PRODUCT MANUFACTURING / ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN

Job Overview Summer of Bummer is a growing business that specializes in the design and production of load bearing equipment and accessories for tactical and outdoors applications.We are seeking a Product Manufacturing / Assembly Technician to augment our production output.In this position, you will be responsible for manufacturing components and assembling final products.Hours can be generally rather flexible.We are a small, growing business and as such are looking for people who are comfortable in an adaptable environment.Because of this, there is opportunity for potentially rapid growth.Responsibilities Assemble components and products using desktop CNC machines, 3D printers, hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment.Conduct inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote a safe manufacturing environment.Individual should be able to operate and troubleshoot desktop CNC machines / 3D printers (and ideally has experience with doing so).Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and tracking parts and materials in the warehouse.Assist with order fulfillment by packing and checking outgoing orders.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.Qualifications Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.Interest in the field is a plus, though also not necessary.Ability to follow detailed instructions, guidelines, and quality control specs efficiently.Comfortable working with various small parts and tools, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.If interested in this position and growing with us, please reach out to the email provided below with resume, relevant experience, and any additional pertinent info.We're looking forward to hearing from you.Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Work Location:Hybrid remote in Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
