Product Marketing Director – AI Profitability Location: Palo Alto (Hybrid) | NYC (Hybrid) Hybrid | US Remote, possible Define the Future of Profitability in Professional Services AI is transforming how professional firms price, deliver, and bill for their work. Intapp Time—already the trusted time management platform for leading law and professional services firms—is at the center of that shift. With the launch of Celeste, Intapp’s agentic AI platform, we are evolving from timekeeping to profitability intelligence—automated time capture, AI-driven billing compliance, and entirely new commercial models for an AI-driven world. In this role, you will lead how this category is defined, positioned, and brought to market. We are looking for a senior product marketing leader whose career reflects a consistent pattern of expanding scope, growing influence, and increasing strategic impact. What You Will Own The market narrative for Intapp Time and Profitability—evolving positioning from timekeeping to profitability intelligence and feeding buyer and competitive insights back into product strategy Thought leadership programs that reshape how firm leaders think about AI, billing, and profitability—and drive pipeline as a result Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer insight Go-to-market strategy for Celeste-powered capabilities, including packaging, pricing, and commercial design End-to-end product launches, including positioning, competitive narrative, and enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners Market credibility through analyst engagement, customer proof points, and ROI-driven storytelling What You Will Need 8+ years in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy (experience in legal tech, professional services, or financial services strongly preferred), with a career trajectory that demonstrates increasing scope, leadership, and strategic impact over time A track record of shaping or redefining market categories—not just describing products Exceptional storytelling that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes for senior buyers Experience influencing packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy Ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment without direct authority Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred What You Will Gain At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
