Location: New York / USA (Hybrid) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategies for our Contact Center Intelligence product portfolio – Cogentiq CX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving enterprise product marketing initiatives, a deep understanding of Contact Center technologies, and extensive experience in leveraging marketing tools to craft impactful campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Contact Center technology solutions , targeting enterprise customers. Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with various enterprise personas – including Contact Center leaders and CXOs. Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, customer trends, and industry benchmarks across the Contact Center platforms, workforce optimization, and conversational AI space. Leverage insights to refine product marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities in contact center cost optimization and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as product, sales, and customer success) to create engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations. Deliver story-driven content showcasing product benefits while addressing Conact Center industry pain points such as agent productivity, call deflection, AHT, reduction, and automation ROI. Develop tools such as battle cards, sales decks, training materials, and use-case examples to empower sales teams with the resources they need to close deals. Lead end-to-end GTM activities for product launches, including campaign planning, execution, and post-launch analysis. Partner with demand generation teams to optimize lead acquisition and conversion strategies. Utilize a variety of marketing platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) for targeting, campaigns, and analytics. Measure and report on campaign performance to assess ROI and improve effectiveness over time. Experience & Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in product marketing for enterprise-level solutions, with a focus on Contact Center technology, conversational AI, or cloud contact center platforms . Demonstrated success in crafting and managing product marketing strategies for complex enterprise customer bases in the contact center technology space. Proficiency in leading marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, or similar platforms). Experienced in ideating, designing and running paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills to inspire stakeholders and customers. Experience in leading global marketing efforts for enterprise audiences. Strong background in marketing SaaS-based Contact Center, CCaaS, or AI-powered agent assistance products targeted at enterprise segments. Strong experience in executing webinars as a lead generation tactic with a track record of improving lead quality and conversion rates.
