About the Role Acorns is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Marketing to lead narrative architecture, go-to-market strategy, and evergreen content programs that drive adoption across the Acorns and Acorns Early product portfolios. AI fluency is foundational to the role, including using modern AI tools to improve research, messaging, content development, and team workflows. Responsibilities Own narrative architecture and storytelling: Build and maintain core messaging architecture across the Acorns portfolio for Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Comms. Integrate voice of customer: Synthesize insights from research, support, and social sentiment into messaging and strategy. Lead go-to-market strategy: Own end-to-end GTM execution for key launches, including positioning, audience strategy, and performance measurement. Drive evergreen content and adoption: Own a centralized library of evergreen assets, including product education, value propositions, and app store creative. Build AI-integrated operations: Develop reusable AI workflows and prompt systems that improve marketing quality, speed, and consistency. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Compliance to ensure launch readiness and coordinated execution. Qualifications Product marketing experience: 5–7 years of product marketing experience, including product launches that drove measurable adoption. Preferred background: Consumer, fintech, or subscription experience preferred. AI fluency: Experience applying modern AI tools to research, messaging, content development, or competitive analysis. Communication and storytelling: Ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer value. Customer and market insight: Proven ability to synthesize customer insights and market signals into actionable marketing plans. Scalable systems: Experience building scalable content systems and repeatable processes in fast-paced environments. Execution: Strong drive and precision in delivery. Mission alignment: Passion for Acorns’ mission, vision, and values. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $170,000-$185,000/year.
