The Product Marketing Specialist supports the marketing team in executing product-focused campaigns, integrating digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and coordinating promotional activities that drive growth across retail business lines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and possesses an understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and performance analytics. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to support go-to-market initiatives, enhance product awareness, and increase adoption. The Product Marketing Specialist will leverage their experience to increase product adoption, analyze performance data to generate actionable insights, and utilize our digital platforms to support targeted member engagement and lifecycle marketing efforts. Essential Responsibilities Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for financial products and services. Assist in creating clear, compelling product messaging that aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including but not limited to email, paid media, website content, and in-branch materials. Manage campaign timelines, creative asset development, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Maintain and update product-related website content and marketing materials. Utilize digital platforms to support targeted campaigns, segmentation strategies, and member lifecycle communications. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics; provide reporting and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and conversion. Conduct competitive research and market analysis to support product positioning and promotional strategy. Hands-on within key marketing platforms, including building and deploying email campaigns, updating and maintaining website content, and managing SharePoint resources KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Minimum Education Required to Perform Job: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience Required to Perform Job Upon Hire: 2 to 5 years Specific Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of financial products and services, systems, and industry regulations Experience in branding, copywriting, digital marketing, and marketing execution Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including website CMS, social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools. Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and insights. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge Required: Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
