Role: Product Owner - Banking / Financial Services Location: Cincinnati OH, Onsite Duration: 6 - 12 months, with possible extension Pay rate: $60-70/hour W2, depending on experience (Client will not consider C2C) Job summary An experienced Product Owner for Disputes, focusing on modernizing existing products/processes onto a new platform, ServiceNow FSO, leveraging modern domains and direct connectivity to acquirers and networks. This role will require expertise in core banking principles, disputes workflow, processes, regulations, and platforms. Required skills Agile Experience: SAFe, Scrum, or Similar Acts as True "Owner" - Taking Initiative, Acting Independently, Driving both Product Strategy and Tactical Delivery Industry Experience: Disputes or similar highly regulated customer facing workflows Experience in Banking or other Financial Industries Please send resume ASAP.
