Job Title: Product Owner Location: Pittsburgh, PA Type: Contract Compensation Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: 40.0 Security Clearance Overview Leave placeholder text here for recruiter to input Responsibilities Owns the vision and definition of the product, serving as the voice of the Customer to align deliverables with client needs and business goals. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) focus on the highest value items by managing and prioritizing the product backlog, including grooming and maintaining its integrity. Communicates the product vision effectively to the development teams to facilitate understanding and aligned efforts toward successful delivery of business objectives. Collaborates closely with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure priorities are clear and development efforts are focused on the right features and functionalities. Serves as primary point of contact for team inquiries and is empowered to make key product decisions. Coordinates with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and adapt the product strategy accordingly. Requirements 6-8 years of experience in product ownership, Agile methodologies, or related roles Experience with Scrum, software development processes, and user experience (UX) design Strong prioritization skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with data visualization and customer solutions Knowledge of storyboarding and backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Storybook Understanding of WCAG 2.2 ADA Accessibility standards Development or engineering experience is helpful but not required System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
