What Makes This Role Great This position offers the unique opportunity to act as the global voice of the customer, directly influencing product development through system acceptance testing and technical feedback. You will go beyond traditional support by creating multimedia technical communications and training content that shapes how the industry utilizes cutting-edge software and machine guidance systems. Key Exciting Responsibilities Deliver advanced technical solutions for high-stakes problems involving site positioning systems, GNSS receivers, and machine guidance. Represent the end-user in the product development lifecycle by performing rigorous system acceptance testing on new software and hardware. Create high-impact technical communications, including digital documentation and instructional videos, to educate a global audience. Diagnose and resolve complex workflow defects within office and field software environments to ensure zero project downtime. Partner with regional service centers and internal engineering teams to provide elite-level training and operational support. Essential Skills & Experience Proven expertise in construction software (TBC, WorksOS) and field systems like Siteworks or machine control. Professional proficiency in operating surveying equipment, including Total Stations, GNSS, and drones. Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets from AutoCAD Civil 3D or GIS environments. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear instructions. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs and navigating active construction site environments. Bonus Points For Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Prior experience as a Survey Engineer, Lead Surveyor, or Data Prep Specialist. Experience in developing multimedia training content or technical support bulletins.
